Conservatorium Hotel

Amsterdam

IQNN Real Estate has developed the Conservatorium Hotel for the owner Alrov Group. It concerns a 5-star hotel in the former Conservatory Building on the Van Baerlestraat in Amsterdam.

Development

In total, the development comprises of 19,000 sqm gross floor area, partly in the existing, fully renovated listed building, partly in a new build volume in the courtyard. The listed building dates from 1901 and was initially used as an imperial postal savings bank. The Conservatory of Amsterdam was then using it - from 1985 - until it moved to its current location at the Oosterdokskade, near the Central Station.

This luxurious hotel was designed thanks to the interior architect Piero Lissoni from Milan, where IQNN Real Estate has developed the project on behalf of the owner.
